Are you interested in ERP systems, business process analysis, and helping companies improve their operations through smart software solutions? We’re looking for a motivated Internee Functional Consultant to join our team at OdoCore.
At OdoCore, we work on Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, training, support, and business process improvement for clients from different industries. As an Internee Functional Consultant, you will get hands-on exposure to Odoo modules, client requirements, system configuration, documentation, testing, and user support.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who want to build a career in ERP consulting, business analysis, and Odoo functional implementation.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in understanding client requirements and documenting business processes.
- Support the configuration and testing of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Prepare basic user guides, process documents, requirement notes, and training materials.dsd
- Help in data collection, data formatting, and data import activities during implementation projects.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to test system flows, report issues, and support client training sessions.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year education in Business, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business processes such as sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, or customer management.
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand requirements and explain information clearly.
- Strong learning attitude, problem-solving mindset, and interest in ERP systems.
- Good command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, documentation, and basic computer tools.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP or any other ERP/accounting/business software.
- Understanding of accounting concepts, inventory flow, CRM, or business operations.
- Experience in preparing documents, flowcharts, process notes, or client meeting summaries.
- Ability to test software features and report issues in a clear and structured way.
- Interest in becoming a professional Odoo Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
