Are you passionate about business growth, client relationships, and ERP solutions? We’re actively seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with 2–5 years of professional experience to join our growing team at OdoCore.
At OdoCore, we specialize in Odoo ERP implementation, customization, integration, training, and support. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Odoo-based solutions to businesses across different industries.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo, or willingness to quickly learn Odoo business processes.
- Ability to identify potential clients, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and client requirement summaries.
- Ability to understand client pain points and coordinate with the functional/technical team to propose the right solution.
- A target-oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Odoo ERP implementation, customization, integration, and support services.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their business requirements, pain points, and ERP needs.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, service offerings, and project scope documents to prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with Odoo functional and technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and properly handled.
Must Have
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or B2B services.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, business processes, or software implementation services.
- Ability to generate leads through online platforms, referrals, networking, email outreach, and social media.
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Odoo ERP sales, ERP consulting, or software business development.
- Understanding of common business modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, and HR.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, requirement summaries, and commercial offers.
- Existing network with SMEs, trading companies, manufacturers, service businesses, or ERP decision-makers.
